Overview

To modify your team via the Internet, click the appropriate navigational link on the Contest website, login using your user ID and password (if you haven't already done so), modify your starting lineup within the constraints of the $60,000,000 salary cap, and your taxi squad, as needed. Submit the modifications and record the confirmation number you receive for them. There are three types of transactions: (1) taxi squad switch, (2) bye week switch, and (3) new player purchase.

Before the Contest begins (until 11:55 AM CT, Sunday, September 10, 2017), all modifications to your team (taxi squad switch and new player purchase) are free and unlimited.

Modifications are also accepted via our toll-free number (1.888.636.7559).

Deadlines and Stat Week

During the Contest, modifications must be made before 11:55 AM CT each Sunday in order to be effective for the upcoming week's Sunday and Monday games. For Thursday and Saturday games, changes must be made 5 minutes before kickoff of each applicable game on those days.

In the event that a game begins before 12:00 NOON CT on Sunday, the players on teams participating in the early games on Sunday will be frozen 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their game.

At the early deadlines for Thursday and Saturday games, the players on the teams participating in the early games will be frozen once the deadline has passed for the players on the teams involved in the Thursday and Saturday games. However, you are allowed to drop a frozen player from your taxi squad in order to purchase a new player after the early deadline. You will still be able to change players on teams not participating in the early games until 11:55 AM CT Sunday.

At the deadline, your team is locked for the upcoming week. Any modifications made after the deadline do not take effect until the following week. Your team carries over from week to week if you do not make any modifications. The first deadline for modifying your team during the Contest is 11:55 AM CT, Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Scoring System

The points week begins with games played on Thursday and ends with games played on Monday, except for week 17 which ends on Sunday, December 31, 2017. All points accumulated by the players in your starting lineup, regardless of what position they actually play, contribute to your team's points total. Points scored by your taxi squad, points by a player or defense/special team before being placed on your roster, as well as preseason and playoff points, do not contribute to your team's point total. The Contest begins with Week 1 and points from the game played on Thursday, September 7th, do count.

To determine standings, all teams in the Contest and all teams in their respective leagues are sorted by point total. The team with the highest point total finishes first and the team with the lowest point total finishes last.

Defense points allowed is based on the final score of the game. Yards from Defense/Special Teams' returns do not count.

For Defense/Special Teams scoring, a Defensive Team Touchdown is a touchdown scored on a defensive team fumble recovery, an interception, a blocked punt, and a blocked kick; a Special Teams Touchdown is a touchdown scored on a kick return and a punt return. A return of a failed Extra Point or failed 2-Point conversion is not a Defensive/Special Teams Touchdown. Defensive/Special Teams Touchdowns do NOT include touchdowns scored on an offensive team fumble recovery, a faked extra point, and a faked field goal.

Two point conversion points are awarded to the player scoring the conversion.

In the event that any game is postponed or canceled for any reason and the game is not played on or before the following Wednesday, players on the teams in the postponed/canceled game will receive no stats for that week.
