Entry

To enter Football Challenge® Points via the Internet, you must complete the registration and entry forms available at Contest website. Internet entries must be paid by credit card or debit card, using either: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover. All Internet entries must be received by 11:55 AM CT, Sunday, September 10, 2017. To make player transactions, you must have a positive account balance or have a credit or debit card number on file or provide a credit or debit card number at the time of your transactions. There is a $30 fee for any returned check. Debit card overdraft fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mailed entries can also be paid by check or money order and must be postmarked by Friday, September 8, 2017, and received no later than Tuesday, September 12, 2017. The Contest is operated by SportsHub Technologies LTD d/b/a CDM Sports. All entries and transactions are processed by SportsHub Technologies LTD d/b/a CDM Sports®.

Entry Limit

The maximum number of entries allowed by an individual in this Contest is six (6). Entries which CDM Sports determines at any time are owned indirectly by a customer in order to circumvent the entry limit will be disqualified and no refund will be given. Teams owned "indirectly" are teams owned in the name of a customer's friend or relative but not actually played by the friend or relative and containing an identical or nearly identical roster. The determination of whether a team is owned "indirectly" by a customer will be made by CDM Sports in its sole discretion. In making the determination, CDM Sports will consider various information including, but not limited to, the ownership and contact information for the team.

Eligibility

To enter the Contest, you must be a person at least 18 years of age or older (19 years in Nebraska and Alabama, and 21 years in Massachusetts) and physically located in a state, territory, or province in which participation in the Contest is unrestricted by law. The Contest is only open to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Individuals who have not reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction are not eligible and cannot win prizes. Residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Washington in the United States are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Employees and immediate family members of CDM Sports, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win prizes. Each individual should check the laws of the state, territory or province in which he or she resides to determine eligibility to participate and win prizes. Void where prohibited by law. CDM Sports reserves the right to determine eligibility, in its sole discretion, and the right to change eligibility requirements at any time if it determines that changes are necessary in order to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Game of Skill

The Contest is a game of skill. From all entries received, winners are those individuals who use their skill and knowledge of relevant professional football information and fantasy football rules to accumulate the highest point totals during the Contest according to the official Contest rules.

Contest Term

The Contest begins with the game scheduled for Thursday, September 7, 2017, and ends with the last game played in the regular season (currently scheduled for Sunday, December 31, 2017.) The deadline to enter the Contest is Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Prizes

Winners are determined and prizes are awarded as provided in the official rules of the Contest. Prize winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and may be required to provide a certification for tax withholding (including, without limitation, a W-9). Prize winners may also be required to provide evidence that the information in the entry for the Contest is accurate. The prize will only be paid to the person who is identified by CDM Sports as having submitted the entry for the Contest. Failure to submit accurate and complete information at any time may result in forfeiture of prizes. All taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. You are advised to consult your tax advisor for tax advice concerning your prize winnings. In the event that the awarding of any prizes to winners of the Contest is challenged by any legal authority, CDM Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether or not to award such prizes.

Cash prizes are awarded in U.S. dollars. In the event of a tie, cash prizes are divided evenly among those who have tied. In the event that a regular league does not contain 25 teams or a throwback league does not contain 20 teams, CDM Sports reserves the right to cancel the league and entry fees from that league will be refunded.

Please allow 2-3 weeks, from the time your signed affidavit and release (and certification for tax withholding, if applicable) is returned to CDM Sports, to receive your prize. All prizes are awarded regardless of the number of entrants or amount of entry fees received. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted.

Prize Notification

Winners are notified by email or regular mail within ten (10) days after the official final league and overall results (and associated winners) are posted at the conclusion of the Contest. Winners are also posted on the Contest website. Winners must return via email or regular mail the affidavit and release (and certification for tax withholding, if applicable) within (fifteen) 15 days following attempted notification. Failure to comply with this requirement can result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. After six (6) months, any unclaimed prize will be forfeited.

Publicity; Promotional Activities

By accepting any prize, the winners grant permission to CDM Sports to use their names and/or likenesses for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, (unless prohibited by law), and agree to execute a written consent. In the event of dispute about the identity of any entrant, entries made online are declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner can be required to provide the sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

Internet/Technology Problems; Tampering

If, as a result of viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond the control of CDM Sports, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or compromised, CDM Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. CDM Sports is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, phone lines, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. CDM Sports reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or Contest operation, provides false entry information, or disseminates false or misleading information about the Contest. CDM Sports reserves the right to seek recovery of damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE CONTEST AND ALL SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CDM SPORTS' MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT IN THE CONTEST FOR ANY CLAIM (INCLUSIVE OF ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY THE PARTICIPANT IS LIMITED TO THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF ALL FEES PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. IN NO EVENT SHALL CDM SPORTS, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, RELATED PARTIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, OR CONTEST SPONSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Disclaimers

CDM Sports is not responsible for delays or failure to perform if the delays or failure to perform is caused by the occurrence of an act, omission, or condition beyond its control, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, acts of God, riots, terrorists' acts, war, fire, flood, or power failure. In addition, CDM Sports is not responsible for any late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries or for printing or typographical errors in any materials and content associated with the Contest. Neither the Contest nor the Contest website are sponsored or endorsed by either NFL or NFLPA.

Release and Indemnification

By participating in the Contest, you agree to release CDM Sports, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, licensors, and Contest sponsors from any liability for any losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDM Sports, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, licensors, and Contest sponsors from and against any liability for any third party claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of your participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Compliance with Official Rules

The Contest is subject to applicable United States laws, and these official rules, and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling. By entering the Contest, you agree to the terms of the official rules (including the legal restrictions) and the Terms of Use applicable to the Contest website, and you agree to abide by the decisions of CDM Sports, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. CDM Sports reserves the right to change the official rules, in its sole discretion. No waiver of any provision of the official rules at any time shall be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
