A: Go to WWW.CDMSPORTS.COM and login. Click on MY ACCOUNT, then click EDIT CONTACT INFORMATION. Change your information and click Save Info. You may also email [email protected] or call 1-888-636-7559.

A: Go to WWW.CDMSPORTS.COM and login. Click on MY ACCOUNT, then click the BILLING tab. Click VIEW BILLING STATEMENTS. If you do not have Internet access, you may call 1-888-636-7559 or email [email protected].
